In this assignment, you will be required to design a blog page combining different communicational elements: written language, images, colors, videos, sounds and other elements that will help you convey messages better. This composition of elements to create messages is called multimodality (that is multiple modes of communication).
You will create a page on your blog telling us about one of your travel experiences. A good example of a blog with multiple pages describing travel experiences can be found at http://alittleadrift.com/countries/.
Instructions:
1. Create a new page or tab on your blog menu. Just in case, you have not learned how to create tabs on your blog, here's a tutorial on how to do it:
2. Prepare the language of description by reviewing your notes of the material we studied this week.
3. Create your page combining different modes of communication and narrating one of your travel experiences. Write your travel description including at least 4 paragraphs. I introduction, 2 body paragraphs and and 1 concluding paragraph. Check out the materials we worked on in class: page 18 about the structure of descriptive compositions.
4. Publish your blog before Sunday and react to two or your classmates´posts by Monday midnight.
